The legendary trial lawyer of the century, Joe Jamail, was recently featured at the NSSTA convention in Austin, TX and gave a talk on the importance and value of structured settlements that should be mandatory viewing for every trial lawyer, settlement professional or injury victim trying to decide if a structure works for them.
