I've had several items listed, in particular a power point I used a few years back was downloaded in whole and used by a planner I had to threaten with legal action. I think as "pay per click" and google ads continue to make blogs more profitable for small players, we are going to see more and more of this.
Watch out for Bitacle. There is a growing body of discontent all over the web with this Spain based blog which takes entire content (linking to the original text source) with the intent of peppering the content with pay per click ads a revenue source

Interesting you mention Bitacle. The amount of times my content is grafted onto other blogs increased dramatically after they subscribed to my feed.
